We are seeking a Program Manager with at least 3 years experience in government contract management to join our team. As a Program Manager you will join our growing team and have individual contributor responsibilities. This position will be responsible for managing all new government contracts and subcontracts and coordinating between operations, accounting, and sales teams.
A Day in the Life…
As a Program Manager, you will act as a liaison between EarthOptics, clients, and the field teams. You will serve as the key point of contact with USDA partners, ensuring EO follows protocols and processes according to the specific government contract. You will be responsible for sharing necessary documentation and ensuring it is aligned with federal regulations. You will be responsible for conveying project progress to government stakeholders on a regular basis and via their preferred method. You will be responsible for tracking key milestones and ensuring on-time delivery of all products; you will coordinate with the Field Ops to schedule data collection and provide specific protocols as required by the contract; you will collaborate with QA to ensure samples are received and processed accurately by the lab, uploaded to our system, and shared with key external stakeholders; you will coordinate with G&A to track and ensure the contract remains under budget while providing necessary information for timely invoicing.

Travel: Travel may be required approximately 10% of the time
Compensation: The budgeted range starts at $88,900 to $127,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and location.
